Rewards & Awards

The Security Department Rewards Program was established in order to motivate Security Department members to head on-site more often. Members of the Security Department will compete for the top 5 spots of the most active individuals. These are decided at the end of every month.

1st & 2nd Place will receive:

• 250 Robux OR 100 Robux

• 2 Trainings/Patrols Ticked Off

• 3 Experience Points

• 2 Server-Life Primary and Secondary Weapon Changes

3rd, 4th, & 5th will receive:

• 1 Training/Patrol Ticked Off

• 2 Experience Point

• Server-Life Primary and Secondary Weapons Change

Weapon Change Restrictions

• No SRU Held Weapons

• No One-Shot Weapons (Snipers, Cobra, Deagle, etc)

• No Developer Items (Weapons, Tools, etc)

Additionally, the First Place winner will be named the 'Employee of the Month' and will receive a special role for the month in both the Main Paragon Discord and the Main SD server, while also receiving 1 month of Supporter.

The Security Department offers a wide range of medals and commendations that can be achieved during your time within the department. These medals show dedication to the department and can offer prestige, but more opportunities in the future of the department.

All nominations for medals and commendations are made at the discretion of Security Command, unless otherwise stated, personnel cannot request for awards.

The Commendation System works as a progressive system where unless otherwise stated, there are no set requirements to achieve each class. Upon receiving Bronze, continued effort will eventually lead to Silver and then Gold.

Medals & Commendations can be revoked by Security Command when deemed fit.

Medals

The Overseer's Medal
Awarded by the Security Overseer

• This medal is personally bestowed to those at the discretion of the Security Overseer for their lasting contributions to the Security Department.

The Chief's Medal
Awarded by the Security Chief

• This medal is bestowed to those at the discretion of the Security Chief for their contributions to the Security Department.

Medal of Honor
Nominated by Security Officer+ | Approved by all of Security High Command

• This medal is awarded to those who honorably discharge from Security Command after a long and dedicated service with good standing.

Command Service Medal
Nominated by Security Inspector | Approved by the Security Chief+

• This medal is awarded to those who honorably discharge from Security Command after a long and dedicated service with good standing.

Combat Cross / Combat Star
Nominated by Security Sentinel+ | Approved by Security Inspector+

• The Combat Cross is given to those within the department who excelled in a Combat Situation, whether during a training or on-site.

• The Combat Star is given to those within the department who continuously excel in and demonstrate their combat ability across multiple training and/or on-site scenarios.

Commendations

Veterancy Commendations | Bronze Class, Silver Class, Gold Class
Nominated by Security Sentinel+ | Approved by Security Officer+

• Veterancy Commendations are handed out for extensive service within the Department. To be eligible for Silver and Gold, not only do individuals need to meet the time requirement but must be actively involved in the department.

• Bronze Class - 6 Months - Can be requested via DM'ing a Command Member with Proof.

• Silver Class - 1 Year + Consistent Activity within the Department

• Gold Class - 2 Years + Continued Activity within the Department

Activity Commendations | Bronze Class, Silver Class, Gold Class
Nominated by Security Sentinel+ | Approved by Security Officer+

• Activity Commendations are handed out to members of the Department who have shown real dedication through hundreds of hours of on-site activity. It isn't all just about activity, Personnel also need to also maintain a good standing when on-site, and help to actively contribute while on-site through supporting others, being a friendly approachable face, etc.

• Bronze Class -  5 Days - Can be requested via DM'ing a Command Member with Proof.

• Silver Class - 10 Days + Good On-site Standing

• Gold Class - 20 Days + Good On-site Standing

Participation Commendations | Bronze Class, Silver Class, Gold Class
Nominated by Security Sentinel+ | Approved by Security Officer+

• Participation Commendations are awarded to those in the department who work tirelessly to support the department through continuous attendance to department events and trainings, and cohost/mock acting when possible.

Leadership Commendations | Bronze Class, Silver Class, Gold Class
Nominated by Security Sentinel+ / Approved by Security Inspector+

• Leadership Commendations are given to both command and non-command members of the Security Department who demonstrate effective and extensive leadership capabilities while on-site.

Hosting Commendations | Bronze Class, Silver Class, Gold Class
Awarded by a Security Inspector+

• Hosting Commendations are handed out to members of Security Command who put in exception effort and activity when it comes to hosting departmental events.

Administrative Commendations | Bronze Class, Silver Class, Gold Class
Awarded by a Security Inspector+

• Administrative Commendations are handed out to members of Security Command who consistently perform when it comes to administrative command duties, database/promotion requests, tickets, applications, etc.
