Base SD Rewards Program
The Security Department Rewards Program was established in order to motivate Security Department members to head on-site more often. Members of the Security Department will compete for the top 5 spots of the most active individuals. These are decided at the end of every month.
The Top 5 winners from Cadet to Guard will receive a training requirement ticked off (Excluding Orientations) or an experience point if they're a Guard. First and second place winners will receive 2 trainings if they are a Cadet, or Junior, and if they're a Guard, they'll receive 2 experience points. They will also have a free choice of their primary and Secondary within the following restrictions.
No SRU Held Weapons
No One-Shot Weapons (Snipers, Cobra, Deagle, etc)
No Developer Items (Weapons, Tools, etc)
Additionally, the First Place winner will be named the 'Employee of the Month' and will receive a special role for the month in both the Main Paragon Discord and the Main SD server, while also receiving 1 month of Supporter.
Medals
The Security Department offers a wide range of medals that can be achieved during your time within the department. These medals show dedication to the department and can offer more opportunities in the future of the department.
Medal of Recognition - Awarded by the Founders or the O5 Council for dedicated service to Paragon.
Medal of Honor - Performing an outstanding act that command deems worthy of the medal.
Distinguished service medal - Revive 15 fellow combatives in the act of combat.
Silver Medal - Kill 5+ armed hostiles within a close amount of time. (allowance of 15 seconds)
Short Tour Medal - Responding to five of the same protocol (Riot, Raid, Breach only)
Medal of Dedicated Service - Serve 1 year within the Security Department

Command Rewards
What is the Command Rewards Program?
The Command Rewards Program was established to give Security Sentinels and Officers the ability to earn rewards in-game with points gathered from hosting/co-hosting events such as patrols, trainings and game nights for the Security Department! Certain rewards could also be limited time usually around holidays.
What if I don't spend my points?
That's where the Special Role comes in! At the end of every Month, the Command Member with the highest amount of points will receive a reward.
During Security Wide Events with Rewards, Robux is lowered to only first place for 100 Robux.
How does it work?
There are two types of rewards: group rewards and individual rewards. Group rewards are voted upon in this channel during a voting phase as an effort between Security Sentinels and Officers. It involves a reward that you must contribute to together, while individual rewards can be claimed only by yourself and do not involve anyone else. Group rewards will be around holidays and will revolve around holidays and something to do with that holiday. Points will be reset monthly to avoid points being stored up for too long. Use them before they reset!
How are points paid out?
Points are paid out after hosting events for the Security Department Community. Certain events may hand out more points than others, but they are typically on a fixed number of points as listed below. Be aware of cooldowns that are present on Game Nights and Patrols!

Note: Around Holidays, the Security Chief or Overseer may increase payout with points.
What can I get with my points?
There are a multitude of rewards that you will be able to choose from, which will be listed below.
Admin Rewards
13 Points - Primary & Secondary Change, Server Only
No SRU Held Weapons
No One-Shot Weapons(Snipers, Cobra, Deagle, etc)
Non-Admin Rewards
25 Points - Department-Wide Rally
You must speak to a Security Inspector regarding what you plan to do.
Along with this, the individual with the highest amount of unspent points will receive "Command Excellency Award" for a month until another individual is selected. The individual may customize the rank via color.
Where can I use my points?
Points and Rewards that you wish to use on the prizes listed above are spent in #Reward Redemption. In this channel, you will fill out the attached format and wait for approval from a Security Overseer+.
How do I know how many points I have?
Points are tracked in the Security Command Quota & Point Tracker alongside any points spent during the month.
